Wadi al-Islam is a great historical graveyard in Najaf City.

 According to some traditions, this graveyard is the site of the retreat of some of the prophets and righteous. Tombs related to some Prophets like Hood and Salih, graves of some of our Imams and some Shiite scholars are located in this graveyard.
