Ameerul Mumineen Center for Translation affiliated with the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department at the Imam Ali (PBUH) Holy Shrine announced the completion of translating ten books from Arabic into eight living languages during 2018.

"These books are about the life history of Imam Ali (PBUH) and the Ahlul Bayt (PBUT) in addition to other doctrinal and religious subjects," Hasanain Shaba', head of the Follow-up Division at the Center, stated to the Media Center of the Holy Shrine.

The languages that were translated into are: German, Chinese, English, French, Urdu, Persian, Turkish and Swedish. In addition to translating books, the center keeps updating and translating the contents of the official website of the Holy Shrine let alone running language courses for the personnel of the Holy Shrine to help them communicate with foreign pilgrims. Moreover, the center participates in and holds different seminars and conference on translation-related topics.
